Every sign comes with a 12-month warranty when used under normal conditions and not damaged or misinstalled.
- Each sign undergoes a 24-hour lighting test before dispatch
- A final photo of your completed sign is sent for approval before shipping
- ArtiSign covers factory defects and lighting failure
- We do not cover damage from installation errors, power surges, drops, or unauthorized changes
- If a real issue is found, the sign will be repaired or replaced at no cost
- If the issue falls under warranty, return shipping is also covered by ArtiSign

What shipping methods are available?

How long will it take to get my package?
Our signs are made to order with great care and attention to detail.

Most orders are delivered within 15 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
All orders include protective packaging and come with a tracking number. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your sign ships.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. ArtiSign is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect addresses — so please double-check your shipping information when submitting your quote request.

We make payment simple and secure. Once your quote is approved, you’ll receive a secure payment link — either via Shopify or Revolut, depending on your preference.
Prefer a traditional method? We also accept bank transfers.

Can I see a 3D preview before production?
Yes — we offer a premium 3D mockup service that lets you see exactly what your custom sign will look like before we bring it to life.
For an additional fee, you will receive a realistic visual preview within 2–4 business days after payment. It’s the perfect way to preview your design in detail and order with total confidence.
Is there a warranty on my sign?
Yes — all ArtiSign products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, LED malfunction, or power supply issues.
We stand by the quality of our work. If anything goes wrong due to a production fault, we’ll repair or replace your sign free of charge.
Please note: the warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or imprope installation.
Can I install the sign myself?
Every ArtiSign order includes everything you need for a smooth installation — a 1:1 mounting template, wiring diagram, printed guide, and full mounting kit.
While some clients choose to install it themselves, our signs are professionally engineered and we strongly recommend using a qualified installer for the best result.
