Refund policy
Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable
All ArtiSign signs are custom-made to your specifications and handcrafted specifically for your project. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Once production has begun or your order has been approved and paid, it is considered final and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund your order at no extra cost.
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photo proof, may not be eligible for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Custom-made products (all ArtiSign signs are made to order)

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Products with modifications or alterations made by the client

Orders returned without prior approval
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in size (±2 cm) or color may occur and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
Because each sign is individually produced, we do not offer exchanges. If you need to make changes to your order, please do so before final approval of your design and payment.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please note: under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. All ArtiSign products fall under this category and are therefore excluded from this rule.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or confirmed non-conformity:

We will notify you once we’ve inspected the issue

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@arti-sign.fr.
